How do I talk to a real person? Is there a phone number to call?

While we do not have a phone number for you to call for assistance, our Help form to the left is the best way to contact us with questions or problems. We endeavor to respond to all help inquiries by the next business day. Please do not contact Alabaster City Hall with your questions. They will be unable to assist you.

Who is listed on the Medical Mile website?

Basic listings on the Medical Mile website are provided as a service to holders of Alabaster Business Licenses who are associated with the medical field and are located within the geographic boundaries of the Alabaster Medical Mile (which is approximately from the 1022 Tower to the Alabaster Police Department on Highway 31).

I’m not on the Medical Mile. Can I be listed or advertise on the site?

While only those businesses located on the Medical Mile can be listed in our directory, anyone can advertise on the website in the form of sponsorships. Please complete the Help form to the left and request information on becoming a sponsor.

How do I upgrade my listing?

To upgrade your existing listing on the Medical Mile website, simply find your listing in your area of specialty and click “Claim My Listing.” Complete the form that follows. For more information, click here.

The information on my listing is incorrect. How do I edit it?

If the information in your basic (unclaimed) listing is incorrect, there are two ways you can change it. First, you can upgrade your listing by clicking “Claim My Listing” and you’ll be given the option to edit the information we have on file for you and add additional information for your upgraded listing. Second, if you do not wish to upgrade your listing, complete the Help form to the left, selecting “My basic listing is incorrect.”

If you have already claimed your listing and need to edit it, click the “My Account” link at the top of the page to log in and edit your listing.
